        Dietary restrictions: I booked a tea for two for my friends Christmas present . When we turned up we were told they could not accommodate us and had cancelled our booking without any notification. We rearranged a booking and when we got there we were told they had forgotten about our dietary request and we had to leave. Very disorganised . It was embarrassing!!! Avoid this place

        Ah this place is super disappointing. Its a great idea but just poorly managed. The toys are in bits, that said the kids dont seem to mind. Its pretty much never open when its supposed to be and inevitably ends up with your kid having a meltdown at the locked gate. Not sure how it makes any money. Inside the cafe looks like a furniture storage facility, there are tables and chairs stacked up all over the place. Not a great vibe for treating yourself to a coffee. The whole place is just a bit unloved, its a shame because it could be something really great. Bruce Castle Park really needs a half decent cafe. Sorry.
