Superstar Dry Cleaners

So I don't normally write completely negative reviews, but on this occasion I felt utterly compelled to do so! I have just been with a friend who has a funeral tomorrow for a close personal family member to, firstly collect flowers from a wonderful florists in Tottenham High Road (who I won't name, so as not to be besmerched by association!) and then onwards to collect his trousers from this sorry, sorry establishment. He had driven and parked nearby, I was thereby charged with collection of the aforementioned trousers, ticket handed over there was a half hearted attempt to retrieve the trousers before the admission that they hadn't cleaned at all! Despite reminders this morning and reassurances that the spoken of trousers would indeed be ready this afternoon. I don't know about you but to be assured that you would have your item after giving a reminder seeking to ensure the readiness of your item for a funeral, which was mentioed. I call that utterly despicable! Especially when you are told, quite casually (remember they have never met me before and remember the person who had deposited the trousers) that today they haven't dry cleaned a single item all day! I can't leave a star less review and refuse the usage of, shall we say 'more colourful language and metaphors' but on behalf of my good friend I think we can agree, really not their finest hour...

Excellent customer service and skilled with all areas of clothing care and alterations. I highly recommend this company. Extremely reliable. I would never go to another company for my clothing needs. Reasonably priced for such professional quality clothing maintainance.
