        Damaged my coat to the point of melting the adjusters for the hood and waist. Unprofessionally removed 3 out of 4 adjusters to hide the fact that they were melted. Took no responsibility after I showed them the damages caused. Total charge was 60 because I had a "high value" coat based on no written price list.
