        They have money for the new website, the new office and even the new floor, but they don't have money to pay a competitive salary to their staff. They can afford an army of supervisors, superfluous bosses and redundant staff, for whom they invent new jobs and income sources. But they can't afford to pay a decent wage to a highly qualified, experienced and smart staff. They have a lot of extra money sources for their Favourites to sponsor their visits to Tesco, talking on the phone, eating and drinking during all working day. But they can't find money to reward those hardworking.

        I have worked here as a call operator, the company uses cheap untested software has poor tech support and exploits it's workers time.
