I cannot recommend Gary enough! I used to suffer with very bad back pain and after my very first session with him the pain reduced massively. I decided to book a block of sessions with him as this worked out to be tremendous value for money and this was the best thing I have ever done as now the pain has gone and now he just visits me every now and then for a sports massage.

Suffered a back injury that was killing me for months. Got sorted out with massage therapy, acupuncture, cupping and detailed exercises which helped me to restore my backs health. Would highly recommend!

Gary has been helping me with a long term injury that I was ready to give up on. Within one session I had confidence in the causes and a clear treatment plan that was different to anything Id tried before. I am now building up my return to playing again. Went for my first sports massage here today iv had the worst neck and shoulder pain, I feel amazing now. He talked me through the massage step by step as I'd expressed my anxiety as I'd never had a sports massage before, made me feel super comfortable and relaxed, very friendly, great massage 100% recommend! will definitely be going back
