From my experience working with Jennings and Barrett, I would happily recommend this fantastic company to anyone and everyone! If you need a reliable block and estate management company that gets stuff done and genuinely does care look no further. This one-stop-shop company is amazing. I can not fault this company, their customer service is the best I've experienced within their field and everyone who I have personally dealt with, always tries their best to help and goes above and beyond. Well done to you all you are all great people!

I lived in my flat for 6 years and had 2 awful managing agents before we took legal ownership of these affairs (Right To Manage). We chose J&B and they have been nothing short of excellent since!! Jade Heffer is key to this and the whole team work relentlessly to sort any ad-hoc issue quickly. You always feel like a valued customer. Their fees are also very reasonable for the good service they provide, and they always check fees with us before instructing any works. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone who wants their block to be well-ran and stress-free!

Painfully slow to answer emails and return calls. Still waiting for a response from a month ago and just get fobbed off with someone is dealing with it. We have been clients for years but the level of service has slipped so much we are taking our business elsewhere as loyalty now seems to count for nothing, sadly.
