        Id like to say a lovely thank you to Carol for her patience and time spent with our big pup Bertie. Washed & really had a proper groom out.Bert is a Akita pup 22 months who is a bit grumpy & tbf really hard work to get any bath time. A fantastic job

        Quite unhappy with overall service. Poor job and I do find that the staff are quite rude. They overstep and do come across as quite condescending. I have never experienced this kind of attitude at any other groomers before. Thought I'd give this new groomers a try as it was close to home. Safe to say, I don't mind the extra bit of travel to take my dog to a groomers with friendly staff and better standard. Would not recommend.
