        I had a very high level of professional customer service from Your Move in Northumberland Heath. The agents who assisted in administering and processing my move, were called Sophie and Jay. Both of them were extremely efficient, hard-working and transparent in terms of any updates that they had for me day to day. I was always able to contact them and knew that they would reply in a timely fashion. I couldnt be more satisfied with my experience via Your Move. I would most definitely recommend this company and specifically, this branch and these agents again to anybody who is keen to rent/buy or let/sell a property within Bexley and the surrounding areas. Once again, thanks so much to Sophie and Jay!

        Awful service - did not have keys ready for completion, no apology for the disorganisation and had to wait over an hour to finally get keys. They did not even realise they didnt have the keys in the office - I would be wary of leaving keys with them. Would give 0 stars if i could
