Put simply, Garry, Jane and the team, achieved a sale of our house in just over three months. They guided us through the big decisions with kindness and skill, that took all of the worry away from the process. That was brilliant. It was a pleasure to walk into their office and get the genuine smile of people who we now regard as our friends, not a bit like the common perception of an estate agent. Garry and Jane have been here in the centre of Northumberland Heath's community for many years, and the local knowledge they demonstrate is most reassuring. We had updates when each viewing was arranged, when each step was covered, and most importantly when I asked for guidance regarding choosing a solicitor, they made an introduction for us to a super efficient local company, that worked closely with them, that created a package of support, that could not be bettered. When you have a house to buy or sell, it is one of those big things in our lives, so it is important to choose an agent wisely. Thank you so much to Robinson Jackson for assisting in the sale of our property! This is the second time we have used their services and both times the services has been flawless! Admittedly, not the cheapest on the market (although a very fair price) BUT, its very true.. you get what you pay for! And I would not have done anything differently. I had next to no stress at all with Jane Wilkinson being the true star of the show. Incredibly knowledgable and chasing all parties daily. Thank you again!
