        I trusted this company with my home on their guaranteed rent scheme. The contract stated that the property would be returned to me in the high standard it was provided to them. It was returned to me with substantial damage and they also failed to pay the last months rent. In all, over 3000 to repair and over 1,000 in unpaid rent. They refused to respond to my calls.
