Shambles. Ive been at this surgery for 30 years and this is the worse Ive seen it. Can never get an appointment. When I finally did get an appointment I felt rushed. The doctor didnt listen to what I as saying. Just kept firing loads of questions at me and didnt let me talk. I walked out of there none the wiser. Whats the point. And trying to get test results - what a joke. On the phone for a minimum of an hour and can only get results between. 2-4pm I signed up to get results on line but that doesnt work. Ever since Dr Thavapalan left its gone down hill.

Absolute shambles of a gp. The receptionists are rude and not helpful. They always come up with the threat they shall remove you from the surgery if you raise youre voice. Ive never once raised my voice other than raised my concerns with them. They are racist and rude. They pretend not to understand or cant hear. The worst GP. DO NOT JOIN. The surgery doesnt answer the phone and when they do they are no help, they just send you to urgent health care . Even the other reviews have the same thoughts.

The worst GP surgery Ive ever had the pleasure of belonging to. Its always an approx. 40-minute wait to get through to them on the phone. The receptionists take it upon themselves to triage everything and always send you off to an urgent care centre. You have to be really lucky to see a doctor in person. If youre debating signing up to this surgery, youre better off without a GP and just going straight to UCC in the case of any problems.

Can never get a appointment they never answer the phone and when they do the reception staff think there god's and forget that they are just receptionists
