        Absolutely awful doctors. Receptionist is so rude and the doctors dont care at all about patients. Always have problems getting my repeat prescription which sends me into withdrawal and a depressive state. This is the fourth time its happened as the doctor doesnt seem to bother to sign off medication. No duty of care at all, ruining my quality of life due to laziness.

        Had a perfect doctors surgery at bulbanks medical centre battle road for 40 odd years, now joined up with riverside surgery, haven't got a clue who our gp is, make it awkward to get an appointment, never get prescriptions right and they never answer the phone.

        Extremely poor service, would give a zero if I could, meant to look after people's health, they couldn't care less, go elsewhere if your health is important to you.
