Hot tub house Yorkshire

Great service. 5 days from visiting the show room to sitting in the hot tub. Really efficient install. Nice guys to deal with, no pushy sales.

Thanks for a great experience. We found a hot tub locally but this company was so much better on price and the service level was also great. When the tub was delivered there was a problem with our fence but the delivery guys were brillant and helped us solve the access issue. Everything else was plain sailing and the hot tub is awesome.

Having visited several Hot Tub dealers within the West Yorkshire area, Hot tub house really stood out to us... We found that the Wellis products stood out as being better quality, better looking, better features and better warranty than all the other branded products we looked at. Craig and his team are incredibly knowledgable and friendly, you want to buy from people you like, especially when it is a high value item like a hot tub. We never felt pressured to buy from them and they even provided us great advice regardless of where we might end up buying out hot tub from. I know they are at the end of the phone if I ever have any queries. The delivery and installation was also top quality and Jason and his team were very accommodating, making sure the tub was exactly where we wanted and even swapped panels round so the illuminated logo was facing the front. We have only had the tub a few days and already the whole family are enjoying it (at least once or twice a day!). We would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Hot tub house or the Wellis brand!

Having looked at all hottub suppliers in west yorkshire and consdiering various different styles of hot tubs we chose Hot Tub House Yorkshire. The advice given was great, they were not pushy, we came and went a few times without any pressure ( Due to better running costs, quality and value for money, we actually spent more than origianally budgeted for). My 5 year old daughter loved the showroom and trying the different options out. After comparing the whole of the interent apples for apples they were by far the best value! We ordered based on the above, a week later(Just 7 days from order!) 2 gentlemen turned up to install, they were amazing! Punctual, tidy, polite, and most of all they took their time, from removing my gate to positioning the hot tub just so (after multiple changes from my other half!) We then got a full demo on how it all works, they balanced up the water and taught me how to do it moving forward, even labeling the bottles based on our water hardness etc. I would highly recommend you call these guys before you spend your hard earned cash!
