Once our house was on the market with Rowan Denise kept in regular contact and updated us immediately after viewings. Arranging viewings was done easily by Email and with little inconvenience to us. We were under a lot of pressure to complete on our purchase and when a sale had been agreed on our property Denise provided regular progress reports and liased with all parties on what became a complicated and very stressful chain. Phone calls were always promptly returned and if Denise was out of the office Debbie could also be relied upon to know what was happening and give updates as well. Out of all the parties involved in the sale and purchase I found Rowan Residential to be the most trustworthy with information and updates and I would highly recommend them.
