JRM converted our cellar into a bedroom with en-suite shower room and an office, transforming a damp living space into a light, spacious area. Justin and his team were always punctual, friendly and worked to a high standard, cleaning up after themselves at the end of each working day. I would definitley recommend them to anyonr considering a cellar conversion

I arranged for a few Basement Conversion Companies to come round and provide a quote for me. Justin wasn't the cheapest but his price was competitive. He was honest and upfront and talked me through everything which the other companies had not. The main quote was to convert my basement into a cinema room/sung plus other building work on my top landing (removing a wall and opening up my landing), in my kitchen (creating an alcove in my chimney breast for my range cooker and blocking up the door to the basement) and in the front room creating a new door down to the new cinema room/snug. All this was done last year in between all the Covid-19 lock downs, they had an impossible task due to lack of team and also the difficulty of obtaining supplies as well. Justin and his team were amazing throughout all of the work, they are the most hard working bunch I have ever worked with. They were also very respectful of the fact that I too had to work from home during the pandemic as well. All the worry is taken from you, Justin sorts everything out from plasterers, electricians, building control and building certificate and he walks you through every stage. There was great communication from the day of me accepting the quote to him finishing the job. They all went above and beyond even staying behind one evening whilst I waited for my range cooker to be delivered so they could all lift the monster into my house as the delivery company refused to take it into the property.
