I recently used Northolt Taxis was thoroughly impressed with their outstanding taxi service. From start to finish, everything was seamless and efficient. The driver arrived promptly, was courteous and professional, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. The fare was reasonable, and the whole experience was hassle-free. I highly recommend Northolt Taxis for anyone in need of a reliable and high-quality taxi service. Five stars all the way for their excellent service!

Excellent service. Picked up on time, polite driver, pleasant music and radio (Classic FM), and timely arrival in Northolt. Perfect. Would recommend Northolt Taxis.

Price varies from moment to moment! I called Northolt taxis with the intention of opening an account for a regular journey I planned to undertake. I was advised one price upon the first call by shaheed. I called 3 other company's to gauge prices for the job. I then called back Northolt taxis to verify the price and confirm the job. I was advised a different higher price by shaheed. I spoke with sheeroz at the company and outlined the case and he advised I listen to the call (good idea). I listened to a recording of the call and while the whole call was not audible, I heard the price for the job quoted as higher, though not the first or second quote I was given! Confused, I traced the earlier calls I had made and realised that the recording was from one of the other company's I had called (executive cars). Thus, I assume this company has an "executive arm" of the same company with a different phone number and lists a higher price for the same job and that shaheed has become confused when relaying the price the second time, or it could be that the second higher quote was something that was just a common occurrence! An underhand company that is not trustworthy if you are looking for a taxi service that will take you on your journey for the price quoted! Not an ethical company!

I had booked a cab from Northolt to Hayes. The driver who picked us was very polite and well behaved. He arrived at the pick up point before the specified time itself. His driving was good. We had to have lunch on the way, He waited till we had lunch and did not hurry and did not ask us to complete lunch soon. We asked him to join us for lunch. He did not join us. So I gave him extra while paying for the trip but he politely refused. I was very surprised to see drivers these days not taking extra money. Very professional service from Northolt Taxis.

I can recommend Northolt Taxis services! These guys saved me on so many occasions. Best taxi service I have ever used by a long way! Luxurious seats, 6 star comfort and awesome, friendly drivers! These guys won't let you down. You also get WhatsApp messages making sure you are okay or need any help etc. Great people and a must for people that are visiting! Fast, easy and cheaper than Other taxis.
