I took to the store an inherited 1917 Winchester rifle to enquire about renovation in order to gift . Archie couldn't return it after examining it - as he discovered it was in working order - despite the police having examined it some years before & declaring it was not in working order and telling me I could keep it . I had to disarm it legally : Archie and Gregory were attentive and realising my fondness for history [my Grandfather 's story of WW1 is remarkable] were very respectful .They constantly updated me & didn't rush my decision . It was more expensive than another company's offer . However the generosity of respectful attention , input , sharing of knowledge & quality of workmanship on this antique rifle left me happy I had made the right choice staying with them.

Archie was extremely helpful in getting a product I needed to me urgently, when I was let down by another supplier. Will definitely continue to use Sportarm going forward.
