I really like this lidl and love the bakery. But what let me down today and bad experience was a young chap on the till today. I was queuing for the self checkout with my bakery goods as I usually do, till I was moved to a till to help queues shorten. When I handed my bag of goods the guy turned to his colleague behind him to moan about my bag, he then turned to me saying "I don't have xray vision" to then I said "erm, do you want me to tell you what I got?" To then I told him and he just had a face on him of 'not wanting to be there' I asked if it's okay to pay to which he said "tsk yeah, just pack separate bags next time". Respectfully you need training in customer service, and at first I did want to go to the self checkouts but I was moved by staff to face this attitude. Not impressed.
