        On 30.04.2023 I went to the store. Picked some items and came to pay. Machines were displayed as working. Once me and one of the other customer trying to pay through it warned that we need to get assistance. Then I asked couple of times and the cashier was very rude to me . In addition he was talking in a rude manner to all the customers. It was disappointing to see how he behave. Once I told him that the machine need assistance, he said I know I know in a rude manner. Dissatisfied and disappointed about his customer service and the humanity.

        Very rude customer service from two Asian men today working at the tills. I was charged twice on my products that I bought and had shown proof on my online banking app I was charged twice despite one the males saying the first payment never went through. This resulted in them speaking their language being rude amongst eachother & I believe I was racially attacked. They were telling me to contact the bank for my refund as they aint giving me my refund. This matter needs to be dealt with by HR as they should NOT be able to get away with this. I was staying at my friends nearby who has also been racially attacked by the same man hence why she doesnt go back into the shop. Sort your staff out & teach them to be respectful or youll lose your customers. Disgusting.
