Would have left 0 stars if I had the option, Where do I start! My experience was awful from the get go. Gabrielle is by far the most rudest women salon owner I have met in my whole life salon is over run by young girls including her daughter Nicole (Nicole looks so young she should be in school not forced to work in a salon by her mum Gabrielle) she is visibly not qualified in the slightest to do lash extensions she should not be aloud near peoples eyes but when booking in with Gabrielle I got palmed off with Nicole after specifically booking with Gabrielle. After having my lashes done I had so many visible gaps in my lashes when I asked for Russian volume so when I got up I asked if she could make them more full in witch Gabrielle (spoke for her daughter) replied to with a no! So after leave the salon unhappy my lashes the next day started to fall out in clumps clusters of lashes (I have been having lashes done for the last 5 years this should not happen if applied correctly they should fall off one by one and no damage to natural lashes) The whole business is a shambles Gabrielle has no customer service skills No respect for clients (unless taking there money) very rude never been so disappointed with someones customer service skills horrific experience. Establishment being run by teenagers!! Although pleasant they lack sufficient experience to be performing procedures independently. Had eyelash extensions had lots of gaps in lashes and set lasted less than a week. I have had previous treatments from the owner which I was satisfied with. However if the owner insists on employing cheap labour i will not be returning. Your response to my complaint and other complaints confirms my opinion of your business. You failed to apologise and acknowledge my level of dissatisfaction and you suggest lash care, maybe with more experience your customer service will develop. It would have been helpful/prudent if you had supplied me with the lash care information after you had completed my lashes, as I shouldnt need to complain to be provided with this information, if it is so essential. The only thing I was given after my treatment was a brush with no info on how to care for my lashes. Additionally your response fails to mention anything about the gaps in the lashes which I pointed out to you at the time.
