Hi Marius We got our items finally delivered today to our new home and just wanted to give feedback. I just wanted to say that overall, it has been excellent service from start to finish and that too at a better price than your competitors. The items were packed well, and we managed to get more items sent than anticipated because of how well your team packed. The items arrived at Bermuda very quickly (although this cost us extra in storage, but that is only because we didnt have a property sorted which is certainly not delivery company fault!) The service by the Bermudan company was also top notch. They were very helpful in getting things set up for us and worked hard to get it done in a day. I havent had a chance to inspect the condition of everything but so far it looks good other than a few small bits of damage. I would not hesitate to recommend your company in future. Thanks Basit

Please be wary of this company or perhaps chap called Marius that works there. We have agreed on the quote, proceed further, he already collected our goods and kept in his warehouse where the quote doubled within a week. We have agreed on circa 2K for shipment but when our goods were in his warehouse his quote turned to be over 4K. We have recorded conversation with him where is swore at my husband and simply said he doesnt care we can come and collect our stuff from his warehouse and find another carrier. More we did not even had anyone lined up as a new carrier and he simply said again he doesn't care and will leave our parcel outside his warehouse. Superbly disappointed with their service that left me very much out of pocket. More would love the owner to get in touch so that I can send him all the phone recordings that we have had with him. The whole process was really well managed from the collections at our home to the packing of the container, shipping, delivery and unpacking in Barbados. Everything was received in exactly the same condition as when Square One collected it. We appreciated your flexibility in making your payment to Michael Greaves Associates before your usual settlement date as this helped us avoid the demurrage fee from the shipping line.
