Happened to be that EVI built an intercom system for the house I live now. The cables are damaged, so tried booking the engineer visit. Where do I start... 1. A visit was cancelled twice after an appointment was booked. It was cancelled without me being notified. 2. Natasha, the person who was dealing with this, when I tried to book for the third time (it was Tuesday) said I have to wait till Monday so that she could see on the system when an engineer can pay us a visit. She said days other than Mondays don't allow the system to show the team when there is an availability. Let that sink in. 3. Booked for the third time. Engineer didn't show up at all. I am frustrated and angry. I've got a baby and to open the gates I have to put the shoes on, jacket, bring the baby with me, walk to the gates and open them manually. Terrible service; useless and run by totally irresponsible personel who just bluntly lie to your face.
