        Do not bother using them! The estate agent did not even show up to the viewing and their excuse was its been a busy day when I rebooked the viewing I called to confirm on the day. Turns out they already had an offer on the property! They didnt even bother to inform me and I would have travelled all the way there if I didnt double check. If this is how they treat people before they sell the property then it can only get worse from there. Never ever deal with Adrian he didnt even message or call to apologise, plenty of other helpful estate agents out there.

        We rented via them for almost 3years. Only had to call upon them a few times for break fixes here and there and they were overall very responsive. Altogether a pleasant experience and would recommend them to anyone and all.

        Good afternoon, We have tried to rent an apartment with this agency and we had to pay a deposit for holding the property for us . However the references they have received didnt math their criteria and they refused out offer without saying the reason . Secondly the havent refund the full amount, holding 48 for referencing . I am not sure what was the reason for refusing , they did not give us an explication. So be careful when you book with them because they might not give the full amount back if any issues happen. I never had issues renting a house and leave without any explication.
