After going to collect prescription which I received as emergency from 111 I spend literally one hour outside because they had break where you don't have any informations about this, no on website, nowhere. So I spend time with fever waiting that rude lady gonna open door to find out that my prescription is not even ready and spend another 15 minutes waiting for chating and chilling ladies to do their job. I can see there is quite a lot negative comments so I think someone should do something with this, it's not way how you work with customers.

The worst Boots I have ever been to. Manager and staff are very rude. Someone should investigate it as the reviews left by customers should be a priority. To manny unsatisfied customers, you could just tell by looking at the customers reviews left.
