I have been going to Parsas strength, bodytone and pump class. His classes are really well organised and the exercises cater for all abilities. He is a great motivator and is very client focused. He is always pushing me to go the extra mile and now I am confident in the gym and definitely feel stronger. Thank you Parsa

Parsa is a fantastic coach, exactly what I was hoping for. Hes very experienced, knowledgeable and most importantly, intuitive. He knows exactly when to push me and when to give me a break. Id never done weightlifting before, in fact, Id never been a gym person. So when I decided to start going to the gym and training with a PT, I didnt know if I was going to enjoy it. From the first moment we met, I knew Id be in good hands because his experience and his caring attitude came across instantly. I used to have a lot of misconceptions about weight training. I also had a mental blockage related to starting lifting weights as a woman in my 40s, and I believed I needed a special attention. Whether I do or I dont is no longer a factor, because any needs I might have had are being met by Parsa. He keeps my training interesting. He started me off from a variety of different styles of training, to then put together a more intentional routine based on where I am and where I want to be. Thanks to him, I dont even feel different to the other weight lifters, I feel super comfortable amongst them. From never having lifted a barbell, I now train with Parsa 4x times a week and I absolutely love it. He even got me excited about practicing exercises that used to intimidate me, such as pull ups. Im unable to do it yet but he got me believing that I can. Same thing with pushups. He just makes it all fun. I feel fantastic and going to the gym has become my second nature. I highly recommend working with Parsa. He knows his job very well, at all levels, and he is also a nice guy so training sessions with him are always super enjoyable.
