Really poor service although staff seem like nice people. Poor value for money and questionable standards. They left major points out of the initial contract and ignored the referral form. No GDPR standards to protect personal data that is shared with them (legal red flag). They seem to only respect the courts or social service requests. No awareness of consumer rights for paying customers. Poor communication ahead of sessions. They did not send the invoice, and they did not share anything that they said they would in the contract. Facilities are very dated and poorly maintained. Hard for adults or children to feel comfortable there. Not a nice environment for families that go there hoping for support.

Staff are rude and dishonest, my children had 3 sessions there with their father and it took me a year of hassling them for the reports before they finally sent me two and denied that the third contact happened. Its a location with no place for the other parent to wait and the rooms the contact takes place in are cold, grey and unwelcoming. Not a nice place, very poorly managed. Find an alternative.

Rude staff. Wouldnt use it as a Rat cage let alone let children in there. Good luck to anyone taking there kids to this dive

Disrespectful, filthy, hostile environment for any child. You can Google cleaner, safer and less expensive alternatives in London. During our last contact there were dirty underpants on the chair in our contact room. So gross. That was the last straw.
