        A shop where staff are so helpful good price even at retail level I am their customer for many yrs even when they were on Lady Margaret Road

        Zero customer service. Poor attitude towards customers and they don't even bother to acknowledge your presence in their shop! Try to speak to them for product advice and just get back one word answers in a curt and impolite manner as if they are doing you a favour by speaking to you. Avoid at all costs. They may have the products and the knowledge in their trade, but they definitely forgot to learn about customer service along the way.
