Horrendous service. Failed to respond to emails until chased, failed to source a car for us in spite taking several pieces of proof of identity and assuring us that there was a car, failed for a full 24 hours to tell us that they were no longer able to provide a car (in spite of several messages) - was eventually let down by the receptionist who had 'overheard' the sales administrator say the previous day that they had been unable to get the car. Left us in the lurch at very short notice. Definitely do not recommend.

Very poor and disappointing service. Having received a quote on the car I wanted, I followed up. Ultimately, the car I wanted was not available - which is not a problem in itself - but I had to chase Kully four times over the course of a week to find that out. He didn't respond to my email follow-up and I was told three times he would call me back. In the end I had to insist that they respond while I was on the phone. An alternative car was offered but it was not what I requested or wanted.

If you do not want to lose your deposit, then never contact Signature car rental company! I just read last review and understand Signature car rental not only deceived me. I also became a victim of non-refund of money which Signature car rental took as a deposit for car rental. They withdrew $ 1,900 from my card, but at the same time they billed $ 1,500; the difference of $ 400 was not returned to me. I called them and wrote to them, but they do not answer! If you do not want to lose your money - never contact this company!

My initial experience with them was perfect. Nicola went above and beyond and I can't commend her enough for her professionalism. She explained everything in detail and was patient with me as I returned the van 5 minutes late on a Sunday evening. Problems started after the hire. Chand sent me an email that I had a PCN. I asked for a copy to review before accepting charges, which included a 30 administration fee. He insisted that I could only view the PCN after accepting the charges, which I found ludicrous. He called on a Saturday evening and insisted that I accept charges or he'll charge my card anyway as I had accepted the terms and conditions. After making it clear that I would report that as fraud, he said he'd email the PCN but give me 20 min to accept the charges. I made it clear that I would not be rushed given that I had responded to him 24 hours prior and he had neglected to send the PCN then, only to give me 20 min on a Saturday evening. The terms and conditions clearly stipulate that the admin fee is only payable if one neglects to pay a PCN and the company has to deal with the authority. I had not been given a chance to pay the PCN as Chand refused to send it to me until I accepted the charges. Needless to say when I received the PCN I paid directly and send the company proof of payment. They have still not confirmed receipt of the same or emailed back to close the issue. Beautiful new trucks. Nicola is amazing but Chand is unbelievably rude and pushy. He had the audacity to accuse me of being unreasonable and difficult for not accepting liability without evidence.
