Sham company. Ordered a part. No comms, emails bounced back. Phone number doesn't work. Ended up doing a chargeback on my card

I placed an order for a radiator shown as in stock on the website, at a fantastic price. Firstly, their website doesn't allow credit card transactions to go through...it keeps getting stuck, so I had to switch to PayPal. After the transaction went through, I get daily emails to confirm that my order is with them. 5 days later, I receive an email to say they had discussed with me, and have refunded me, and several other emails relating to the refund came through. Nobody had called me to discuss. If you're advertising a product in stock, then you have it in stock. I suspect the product wasn't actually in stock, and/or they can't get it at the price they advertised, so gave me a refund. After receiving the refund, I looked at the website, and the radiator is still there, advertised as in stock, and at the same price. Looking again the next day as I write this review, it's still showing on their website as in stock. I'm pretty sure this firm has broken the law....if you advertise a product in stock at a price, you have to honour it....even if it turns out your price was wrong. It's their responsibility to ensure the prices advertised are correct at all times. I do not recommend this firm. Wasted my time. I have placed my order with a different company, who within 12 hours have already given me a delivery date for the exact same radiator.
