No Nutrition plans or nutional advice, no warm ups or warm downs, no correction of movement or Insructions to correct form unless prompted. No longstanding intrest in the customers personal goal set (only at point of sign up), if your female expect the main aim of your sessions to be on your gluteus, as thats clearly all a woman wants! And the only reason I'm writing this is because of the butt hurt actions directed towards me when I asked for a refund for my last session that was not fulfilled and explained my disappointment in the service given as a paying customer just to be personally belittled by Jonesy as if that was going to make the situation better. (I have the voice notes!) As far as I'm concerned if you want to pay for lip service then your in the right place....if you want to actually get fit for life...find somewhere else xxx

Great facilities and classes. A little bit out of the way for me, but every visit has been worth it. Great group of people to work out with too.

One of the best PTs around! Jonsey makes training fun and motivates you to push harder. His gym is a safe space to be yourself, positive vibes always!

So my first experience of Jonesygains was at a local gym. His classes were always over subscribed. His ability to motivate the whole class was on another level. When he left I was devastated, however he has gone on to create an amazing environment for PT sessions and group sessions. The location is clean and fully equipped. Once you arrive to train you have His full attention and the sessions are always fun and motivational. He will push you to the limits you didn't know you had and I have come away from each session that more confident. Highly recommend. Aside from being an amazing trainer he is a nice guy, even when he is pushing you for one more rep lol.
