From the moment Kapil agreed to be the architect for our home extension, he impressed us with his professionalism and approachable personality. He never used architectural jargon with us, but nor did he talk down to us - his approach was always to explain clearly exactly what would be happening at every given stage of the project. The fact that he understands his profession outside and in is obvious in his wide portfolio which offers the same professional service for every budget and was one of the primary things that made him stand out to us and select him. But it was more than merely understanding his role, being flexible and affordable - Kapil always answered our queries, emails and WhatsApp messages without needing to be reminded.
