Lake Farm Luxury B&B

Wonderful second visit to Lake Farm. Joanna and Kevin are the perfect hosts who make you feel very welcome and provide everything you need. The food is excellent with so much choice for breakfast and we would definitely recommend the evening meal. The accommodation is luxurious and private so you feel very relaxed and comfortable. A great base to visit the lovely Devon countryside. Joanna and Kevin also provide great ideas of places to visit if you need this. We are already looking forward to coming back again next year. It is an Oasis of calm in a beautiful setting in the Devon countryside. The cottage is a delight with high quality fixtures and furnishings, with a flair for design and delicate finishing touches. Joanna and Kevin are excellent hosts, the breakfast is everything you could wish for, we had dinner there too, all home cooked and lovingly prepared. We enjoyed it so much we have booked again.

Have had a wonderful stay here at Lake Farm for four days and can highly recommend it. There is nothing Joanna and Kevin have not done for me, basically looked after me in the best possible way. The food here is excellent, it's like a good restaurant. Breakfast is much better than any hotell, they using local and own products and Kevin bakes the best bread. And the surroundings is absolutly beautiful. If you want to stay somewhere special this is it.

A wonderful gem nestled in beautiful rural Devon. Tranquil and utterly captivating. Joanna and Kevin are gracious, unassuming hosts who have created a perfect luxury retreat and spare no effort to make sure their guests have a truly memorable stay. Delicious home-cooked meals. Kevins pizza is a highlight. Treat yourself before everyone finds out about this special place!
