Experience it to believe it! Saw a lovely volvo xc90 and went to see and test drive it. Bradley and his team were very pleasant and gave us enough time on our own to look at the car. Had a test drive with Bradley during which he spoke about the car and a minor issue which he would fix it before I buy it (other dealers might not even mention about problems with the car). Happy with the experience, paid the 99 deposit and planned to pick up the car few days later. However, had a change of.mind and requested a refund. Although I signed the paperwork of non refundable deposit, Bradley gave my money back okn goodwill!! Fantastic!! Would go again and again!

The manager of this place never called me back. I have singed a credit agreement, and I wanted some updates about the car, but No comunication from him. At the end I spoke to Russell and the owner, Dave. They look after their costumers. They know what they doing But because of the no comunication for 2 weeks from the manager I had to cancel my credit agreement because the 14 days was about to run out, and I still had no car. The owner gave me a nice offer but the lack of communication from the manager put me off, and I did not wanted to make business with them.

Ok custermer service when you can speak to someone but the cars are a pile of rubbish had my car for 4 months then had a problem with gear box which was ment to be getting fixed under warranty 7 months later car not fixed lost my job and everything down to them so please don't buy any cars from them. Yes you did keep me on the road with cars that all had faults of there own and the one car you are on about I phoned and told you on the day I received it that a light came on and I was told not to worry just use it so I did and I did not put thousands of miles on that also rodent damage you say on a car that was used everyday but they still had time to make a nest in the engine bay which scotia and another garage found no trace of but all in all WHY DOSE IT TAKE 6+ MONTHS TO FIX A BLOODY GEAR BOX AND A OIL LEAK and you did not spend thousands of pounds on the peugeot as I have a detailed report of what was done and spent thank you

I bought a company car from Lakeview just before the Easter holiday, and couldn't be more pleased with the friendly and efficient service I received from Damian and Russell. My car had died and I needed a replacement quickly, and Damian even offered to collect me from my home 30 mins away, driven in the car I was hoping to buy, which was a lovely touch! Unlike certain others firms, their honest advice reassured me that I was being looked after by professionals, - they even identified an issue with the parking sensor, (which they're fixing at their costs), In no time at all, I was driving myself home in a really great value MPV, confident that they're there to help me if I have any issues at all. Highly recommended!
