Jim and his team were the agents for the owners of the house we recently bought. Jim was friendly and helpful to us throughout the process. He was proactive in resolving some challenges which arose unexpectedly. He was in regular communication with us and took a lot of time and trouble to resolve the issues. Lorriane, Glyn, Roz and the team were great throughout and cannot fault them. We tried other agents in the area before choosing them but their work ethic and service was excellent. They were very patient with us, listened to our needs and went the extra mile throughout to get the sale over the line.100% recommend and we would use again (but hopefully not too soon).
