I have read some of the reviews but I have been inside 3 of the houses and I am impressed with the overall standard and the estate as a whole .I live near Charles church houses and I have never seen a bad one.

Brought one of the houses in Jan 2017 and nothing but problems...we have had to rip everything out...put in a new kitchen because the one it had was cheap and badly fitted, also the same with the bathroom and shower room...no flooring or tiles...no garden turf...my list is long...sent photos to the company..no reaction..we have fixed all the problems ourselves at a cost to Ourselves now have a lovely house...houses nicely built on the outside and if you have the money to spent on the inside then great...lovely village !! Sorry Charles Church !!!...

Looked around a couple of the houses on offer and they look fine to me. The developers have tried to take on the house designs of the older parts of Northiam (alternate houses with weatherboard/red brick/render). They even have cosmetic chimneys. The standard of build looks good and the sales office was helpful. Much nicer than some of the existing bungalows on Station Road. I can understand how local residents might not want their village to be over developed but looking through the planning application there are some major wins; like a 7 acre public space, s106 cash, plus a general improvement to the north of the village.
