Sadly I had to put 1 star they dont deserve any stars they are treating customers so badly. They email saying you will get a full refund then they send a voucher, once you email telling them you want cash they block you! Ive never had such appalling service, hundreds of people on a group called holiday extras refunds are desperately trying to get their money back. Trying everything they can to get a refund, the company needs to do the right thing and give money back, Do Not Trust Them!

Overall the price was good and quick transportation to the terminal. Finding the location was not easy and when I put the postal code it took me to Hotel which was not the best when you are almost late for a flight and could be stressful. The parking was very organized and marked so easy to find the car again. We were a bit confused when it did not read our license plate in and out but the staff were very calm and helpful.
