The Forge Surgery

This is a joke my pops has been on hold for 4 hours to get a nurse appointment .its getting worse will be sending you his phone bill and contacting the health authority .

I've literally been on hold for over an hour, apparently I'm first in line but no one is answering? Clearly they're not interested in answering the phone.

This must be the worst surgery in Gravesend. Can't wait until my wife moves to The Shrubbery in Perry Street.

Never had a problem with the surgery until the merger. Now you can never get an appointment. So frustrating!!!Wish this merger never happened. Just made a great surgery bad!

After listening to awful music for 59 minutes on the phone yesterday ,I was rudely cut off by the phone being picked up and the hand piece being replaced, without a word being said. This is not the first time this has happened. I am not amused, and now thinking of changing my doctors. Before you were joined up together making "Vale Health Campus" , it was easier to contact you and get an appointment, and not wait in a queue of 49 people waiting in line, also you phone at 8am or 12noon and get told there are no appointments left for that day , and to ring the next day. This is costly and time wasting. I am still waiting for a telephone call from a doctor or a nurse from last week. My problem needs to be addressed by a doctor and not prescribed antibiotics over a phone.
