Fantastic service from ODM. Had a major water leak under a concrete floor. ODM got 2 of their team out to my property very quickly to put in an emergency fix and then returned soon after to dig up the floor and run in new pipe work. They did such a good job that I got them back in to fit a new bathroom. Definitely recommend.

Avoid at all costs unless you fancy adding in months of delay. Asked this company for a quote for our en-suite. They went to the property. Have been chasing the quote for nearly 2 months only to be told today they cant do it as not enough staff. They could have told us this prior to asking the quote and certainly not after us chasing for 2 months. Not reliable, not fair. Service: Shower repair

After a pipe on a water pump in my airing cupboard burst yesterday, I had water flooding my house and couldn't stop it. Ollie was the first one I called as I had used the company for a previous toilet installation and he was a life saver. He face timed me to locate the valves to turn the water off and arrived within 15 minutes. He was able to replace the pipe and make the area safe. Once the house has dried out, he will be back to replace the water pump as that suffered significant water damage. I can not rate this company enough and was very impressed by the response time when I was in crisis. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
