        I attended the Northfleet premises of Regain Hearing for the removal of excess ear wax. The procedure was expertly carried out by Joanne, who took time to fully explain the treatment and ensure I was not experiencing any discomfort during the process. Accordingly, it was as pleasant an experience as ear wax removal can be. Since writing the above review, I have revisited Regain Hearing (April 2023) for a scheduled six-month check. Again, I received friendly, expert attention from Joanne and would have no hesitation in returning to the practice in future if the need arose.
