Exchange old trucks for new ones. They think of the worker at various events, at Christmas valuable gifts are drawn among the workers. During the hot weather in summer, chilled liquids are provided for the workers , and about ice-cream. Flexible schedule and flexible boss. More and more modernization and renewal of everything. Fixed job all year round
