We recently purchased a new build property and a representative from the house builder mentioned this company were the ones who completed the fit out of the development. We have had nothing but issues with the the electrical and plumbing systems installed in our new property. We have had our own engineers out to assess the issues and holes have been cut through out which is very upsetting. Our electrician found many newly installed cables with joins on them and loose connections inside the main electrical board. Our plumber found 4 leaks in total which has caused substantial damage to the flooring and mould has started to appear on our finished wall. Overall both engineers have mentioned that the installation is not up to industry standard and unsafe, also cost us to put right the poor workmanship. Before you purchase a property or have work completed please do your research as it will save you money and heartache in the long run. Avoid!
