Lisa is amazing!! Been going nearly 2 years now and Im changing my life for the better! Lisa has made a warm and welcoming environment for everyone, has created fun exercise classes and is always creating new routines. You also have to try her bungee fitness class, its so much fun!

Lisa has created such a welcoming space here. The classes are so much fun it doesn't feel like "exercise". I'd recommended it to anyone!
