Mark, Tari, and the team at Drysite have delivered exceptional customer service. I brought them in for an inspection of damp across several sites in my parents house. Mark identified both problems and solutions (and equally discounted things that werent a problem), and produced a reasonable quote. Key for us was Marks understanding that my parents dementia and disabilities meant that the work had to be undertaken with various considerations; he was very understanding and willing to meet the challenge. He made sure there were no inconveniences. There was plenty of outdoor exterior work to be undertaken (as well as interior), and in the middle of winter he had to juggle the work schedule to the conditions, but always kept us appraised of when his team would / would not be attending, or if they needed to pivot to another part of the project. He volunteered to do some added-value tasks at little/no extra cost, to make sure the finish of the project was the best possible. It was a number of weeks to completion, and there were a few snags at the end, however, Mark did his best to accommodate returns to site around his next projects, and did not just walk away from the job once paid. Communication was great throughout. Hes a very genuine and trustworthy person. Theres always service with a laugh and a smile.
