        Ordered 3 lots of boxes on their Ebay Store. Received 2 lots emailed and they said would refund or send when they had more stock. Waited as said needed the boxes. No boxes turned up and ignored emails. Tried to claim through Paypal but because they had tracking for 2 parts of the order I lost. Loyal customer for years but reading feedback this seems to be a common occurrance .

        Posting four years later as things have changed. Deliveries still punctual and on time even in current circumstances but my account manager really has turned thee account around Some areas do still let them down but my two contacts in the sales team work their socks off to keep my business running
