I cannot praise this company highly enough. They delivered within days of ordering. For every query, I spoke to the owner on the phone. Everything was resolved with ease and most importantly, the quality of the products is extremely good. The personal touch is so appreciated. I will definitely use them again and have recommended to all my friends too.

We had an excellent experience with Time Out Space. We bought some Nardi garden furniture that they imported from Italy. We were very happy with our purchase - high-quality, contemporary, sturdy designer Italian table and chairs for a very affordable price. Notwithstanding the quality of their Nardi furniture, what really distinguishes this company is their faultless customer service and reliability. Having had disappointing experiences with bigger companies (eg Swoon and Made.com to name a few), it was refreshing to deal with a company that was honest, reliable, supremely helpful and customer-orientated. Kristina in particular was outstanding - communication was effortless and nothing was too much trouble for them. They went well beyond the call of duty in addressing any queries we had and displayed a level of customer service that I have yet to encounter from any other furniture store. Would not hesitate to recommend and fully deserving of their many 5-star reviews.
