        From the initial order to collection the entire experience with SMC Ford Crayford was seamless and professional. I was kept informed on the timeline for collection and the handover went without hitch. Many thanks to Jay who handled the part exchange and new car order perfectly. Very happy from start to finish! See you in 2 years for my next Ford!

        Due to my usual SMC garage being fully booked I had to go to SMC Gravesend. The last time I used them which was a good 5 years ago, they broke the brake fluid sensor on my previous car. Originally coming out of my service there was no problems. However, just over a month later Ive had a tyre pressure monitor failure. The last time the wheels were taken off the car was when I took it too SMC Gravesend. Meaning the 2 times Ive used this branch theyve broken a sensor. The customer service was really nice. Compared with my normal garage, I missed having the video of the walk round of my car so I can physically see where the issues on my car were. Now having to have this sensor issue fixed by my usual SMC garage as I dont trust to give it back to Gravesend as I did that with my previous car and they never fixed the issue. Please miss this garage if youd like all the sensors on your car working.
