I saw the ad for the car I had been looking for on Sunday 5/3 called Ebbsfleet Automotive on Monday 6/3 and viewed the car and agreed terms and collected it on 11/3. Car sales people don't have the best of reputations but not the case with Mike Edmonds the owner of Ebbsfleet Automotive Ltd. This is my 2nd purchase from Ebbsfleet Automotive in as many years, I asked if they could find me a certain car and in a few days I had a phone call from Ebbsfleet Automotive to say they found one. I have just purchased a lovely Mini from Michael. Very happy. The transaction went well from beginning to end. Michaels attention to detail means that you can put your mind at rest that you are buying exactly what he says you are buying. The inside and outside of my new car is immaculate. Putting the recommended manufacturers oil in it and providing the receipt all lends itself to a positive experience. I would highly recommend buying a car here. I have never known a car salesperson be so professional before. Not pushy, not trying to hide things, just honest and sells beautiful cars. Refreshing experience. A stars all round

After seeing one of Mike's cars for sale I gave him a call. He was extremely passionate and informative about the car and went to great lengths to express just how amazing the car was. He sent me videos of the car and on the basis of our conversations and the videos I paid a deposit and arranged to test drive the car. The following day I met Mike and was in awe of the car. It was even better than he said!! The buying process was simple and smooth as Mike arranged all the transfer of ownership online with immediate email confirmation. I cannot recommend Mike highly enough and his passion for his work and attention to detail is first class. The whole experience was an absolute pleasure. Thanks Mike

Mike is so friendly and clearly knows his stuff when it comes to Beetles and is so passionate about them. I had a few calls with Mike discussing the vehicle at length and he sent me videos of its exterior and interior. I went to see the Beetle and took it for a test drive, it was in immacualate condition, just as described and appeared to have been very well cared for. So I purchased it and now I can't wait for the summer months to make full use of it! :) Mike was also very helpful with sorting out all the vehicle documentation and road tax. He was also incredibly patient whilst my Husband and I had challenges with our banks security systems being too secure when we were trying making payment. He's also offered additional support since the purchase of the car, getting hold of a wind deflector for me, which Mike has also very kindly offered to help fit and he's helped me out when I've asked for advice on other queries about hood cleaning and car covers From the service I've recieved, I can't rate Mike highly enough
