        Awful service as just been refused access because I am disabled. The driver was very rude and aggressive. Never been refused access to a bus until today and will be making a full complaint.

        Worst service ever. Never turns up as per the app or on the screen. Shame for the council. Kids have to wait hours to get to the school and home wasting their valuable time on the road.
