I was really disappointed with the service that we had received. My family always order from here and I had joined them for a birthday celebration. I am vegan and there aren't any vegan options listed on the menu so we called up to double check before ordering. The person that answered the phone told us that every single vegetarian option on the menu can be tailored to a vegan option and we just needed to state which main meal we wanted as vegan in the notes after placing an order. That was good news and we placed a large order and added the notes. We received a call to tell us that it wasn't possible to make that option vegan. I had asked which options could be and there was only one option which wasn't even on the menu. We went ahead with that option to avoid any issues and having to cancel part or all of the order. When it arrived I wasn't really happy with the meal as I didn't like the flavour and the extremely large slices of what I think was ginger. I would have preferred the restaurant to be honest from the beginning rather than give false information to make a sale. My family would have still placed their order and I would have ordered elsewhere.

We hosted a large family gathering at Nepal restaurant and our experience was just fantastic! Dipendra and his staff were supportive and accommodating to our needs and we can't thank them enough for all their help, excellent service and absolutely delicious food! The authentic Nepali decor also greatly enhanced our dining experience. I would not hesitate in recommending this restaurant.
