We recently had Airwave AV install some smart lighting and speakers in our house and garden. From start to finish we were very impressed by Dan and his team. They kept the house clean and tidy at all times and their attention to detail was fantastic. We couldn't be happier with the products that Dan recommended and installed, they have transformed our home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Airwave AV to others. Dan really helped out where other Control4 support I was receiving was poor. Took control of the system and did everything I wished. Very professional and knowledgeable, willing to go the extra mile. High recommend.

We inherited a system that Airwave audio had installed when we bought our house. We naturally asked Airwave audio to come back and recommission our system and show us how to use it when we moved in, in order to make the exercise worthwhile we also added a range of additional hardware. The experience was less than ideal, ending with us having bought the equipment that was recommended to us, but despite what was agreed, the work was left incomplete and equipment remaining unconnected at the end. Our subsequent experience with our control 4 dealer also shows a very poor attitude to after sale services. There is little appetite to help us when we have issues with the system, and we often have to work things out ourselves from forums. Most recently, as we are doing a redecoration exercise requiring movement of the Av system, Dan responded immediately to try to sell us a tv wall, but when it came to helping us with what we actually needed, the communication quickly went quiet. We do not recommend Airwave audio for Av needs, as there is a highly transactional attitude, and very poor after sales servicing. Our previous experience with Av specialists are that they do not behave in this way.
